Kellyanne Conway posts nude photo of her underage daughter

Here's something the OP article quoted from one of Claudia's videos:

The picture is from months ago and I’m assuming that when my mom took my phone … anytime she’s taken it, she takes it all the time, she took a picture of that. So that was on her phone and I guess she accidentally posted it or somebody hacked her, but nobody would ever have any photo like that, ever. So, Kellyanne, you’re going to fucking jail,”

Having a topless photo of your daughter might be defensible if you're a naturist (read: nudist) family and that's generally the default for everyone involved, or maybe if something's seriously wrong with that general area and you want to document it for reference purposes (scarring, burns, what have you) especially if you edit out the most sensitive areas, but A) I don't think either applies in this case, B) If they did, I get the impression this isn't something that they'd show the world and from what I know of the former, they tend to be extremely protective of when pictures of underaged kids are to be taken and under what circumstances they are to be distrubuted for that exact reason, and C) I can't think of any other legitimate reasons one would actually have a topless picture of your underaged daughter.

I just got done reading the article and like you just posted, the daughter says she thinks it was an accident or a hack. If she released it on purpose though, that was a mean thing to do. That's being a bad mother. When I first saw a headline about the story I assumed it was the daughters idea and that she was doing it as a publicity stunt like the Kim Kardashian's sex tape. I do read the articles when it comes to the important stories though like politics, etc.

The big difference is that the Kardashian sex tape was made when Kim was 22 and legally an adult in practically all legal jurisdictions. Claudia Conway is 16, and while that is the age of consent in New Jersey, that’s still a legal grey area because she’s not 18 and still technically a minor, although, given the circumstances, it’s probably more in the “illegal and extremely fucked up” area. If she was two years older, I’d just shrug it off as the Conways generally being fucked up. But she’s not.

Here's my question - I've already come to the conclusion that Kellyanne is a POS - why does she have nude photos of her teenaged daughter?  Why?

I do have a couple nude pics of my kids...when they were little (like baby/toddler little) and in the bathtub.  I can think of one where certain areas were covered with a washcloth so I guess not really nude.  

I can't imagine a reason that I would have nude photos of my kids at any point beyond that.  And if I were having kids now I probably wouldn't take the ones that I did.

At 16, Claudia may very well have had nude pictures of herself, and her controlling psychobitch mother got hold of them and posted them to punish her daughter.

Claudia took some topless pictures of herself on her own phone and her mother took it.

That alone is abuse as far as I'm concerned. Taking a teen's phone these days is on par with stealing their diaries in the past.

As a mother of daughters I can say that this is so far beyond the pale that it is simply beyond me.  My mother is an evil bitch but I don't even think she would have done something like this.
