teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Even on a horrible day like yesterday, Joe Biden lifts the American People and is 100x better than Trump could ever be.

Of course, Biden is only continuing Trump's promise to remove troops, so I guess they hate Trump's policies too. Oh wait, they loved Trump for not being a war monger. Now they hate Biden for the same.

Actually, I agree with the criticism. Afghanistan will fall to Taliban rule within 2 years, IMO. There is no way the Afghans can hold out against well-funded and religiously-motivated fighters from Pakistan. Pakistan wants the Taliban to win. When it happens, the right-wing will have a field-day, as well as amnesia about their god Trump.

That did not age well.

Yes it did

1. It's Trumps fault the withdrawal turned out the way it did

2.The Right are trying to pin the blame on Biden

3. Even if he got the timescale wrong the outcome is correct

Plenty of blame to go round for this mess:

Bush - started it, allowed mission creep.

Obama - the smartest one of the bunch, and should have known better.

Trump - cozied up to the Taliban, set this whole fiasco in motion.

Biden - did the withdrawal exactly backwards (evacuate civilians first, THEN remove the troops).

So you are telling me Biden followed Trump's plan exactly as Trump would have? But when it comes to everything else from the Keystone XL pipeline to border policies he can abandon what Trump started or put in place.

Just own it. It's embarassing.

That's for the war. I'm talking about the withdrawal.

No, he did it better than Trump would have.

The Keystone Pipeline was Biden and it was a good move and Trump's Border policies caused the current crisis.

There is nothing for me to own. Your President was an utter moron who passed shit policies that his successor is having to fix or thank heavens abandon. The only Embarrassment is you people deny this.
