Religious stampedes.
What is it with religion and trampling people to death? Hey Islam, Jews do it too.

It is a combination of human delusion, fanaticism, and the nonexistence of God that is a deadly mix.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I thought this was the rush to the free bar at Catholic wedding receptions.

Having worked at many of them as a bartender, I think stampede is mighty accurate.

A great way to avoid your relatives is to make it a cash bar.
