A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed by employees of a Houston hospital system over its requirement that all of its staff be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The Houston Methodist Hospital system suspended 178 employees without pay last week over their refusal to get vaccinated. Of them, 117 sued seeking to overturn the requirement and over their suspension and threatened termination.

In a scathing ruling Saturday, U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes deemed the lead plaintiff’s contention that the vaccines are “experimental and dangerous” to be false and otherwise irrelevant.

He also said it was “reprehensible” of her to compare the vaccination requirement to the Nazis’ forced medical experimentation on concentration camp captives.

I think Putin had his ass handed to him today. And I am not even talking about Biden. I think Biden handled it well. But more than that Western Journalists today stood up to him. It was a stark contrast than seeing Spicer shout down Journalists in the former guy's first press conference. Putin was squirming.

His answer was fucking nonsense and fallacy of equivocation. The insurrectionists of January 6th were not legitimately dissenting, much less peacefully protesting. Everyone remembers the REAL peaceful protests when the former guy won the first time, and millions showed up, WITHOUT storming the capital or assaulting police officers. The former guy's minions did what they did, not because of some lagit gripe, but because they got brainwashed by him to do his bidding.

Biden made a speech and said:

"How would it be if the United States were viewed by the rest of the world as interfering with the elections directly of other countries and everybody knew it? What would it be like if we engaged in activities that he engaged in? It diminishes the standing of a country."

Putin took questions for an hour from American journalists. He spoke without a teleprompter or notes. The questions were largely hostile.

Biden took no questions from Russian journalists, and pre-selected the American corporate journalists who could ask him questions. 

Navalny was mentioned several times, but not Assange.
