Apparently, in Japan, divorce is so frowned upon that, evidently, it's somehow more socially acceptable to post on a site called Danna Shine where they can just talk about how much they want their husbands to die. And not just hyperbolically, not even some sort of "when I said I wished the goblins would take my baby brother away, I never thought they'd actually do it!" We're talking "I hate you so much that not only do I have no issue with slowly poisoning you, I also have no issue with going online and explaining how to commit the perfect murder" levels. In the last couple months, I've noticed the right-wing getting more and more okay with voicing the opinion that maybe we shouldn't allow married couples to divorce. If you can get the site to translate into English, I'd tell anyone who thinks that to take a look at the site and ask them if this is what they want.

Then again, I've also just watched J Aubrey's video on JustPearlyThings, and at one point, she went as far as saying that if the majority of men aren't abusive, then it doesn't put a dent in her belief that couples shouldn't divorce (although at other points, she says she might allow it if there's just one-sided domestic abuse), so I can't discount the possibility that the milk of human kindness has curcled into casu marzu.
