Since the end of last year.  Issues with the company he worked for caused several people to quit.

LOL No.  But he did get hired at the place where he interviewed this morning for more money and better benefits.  He starts on Monday.  Thankfully.  And after training he may be working nights so I can get some of my me time back.  Big, huge, sigh of relief all around.
