Deportation has always existed, and as much as I'd love for everyone to come here who is innocent and non violent, we still have a processing budget and capacity that we have to address. There's a certain history to whipping haitians that immediately comes to mind, sure.

The border patrol doesn't seem to be as skeptical as you are. They say they did it, and it was right and proper and an approved method that they train for. I mean, you've got pictures of it, and the border patrols defense of it - we're long past the point of having evidence. You intended to make their argument.
