Anyway ....back ON topic....
I doubt very much that we (the planet techies) have enough info to achieve geoengineering "The Universe is run by the complex interweaving of three elements: energy, matter, and enlightened self-interest." G'Kar-B5
I think that if we all point in one direction and fart at the same time we could slow down or speed up the rotation of the Earth.
