No, Dillian was 20. Stiles, the character he potrayed, was 16 at the time. (My fault tho, should've clarified) So yeah Derek would've been on a certain show about predators if he tried anything. XD

On a fictional show, that hardly matters. It's been done before. Queer as Folk the Justin character was under eighteen and Brian was nearly thirty. In Pretty Little Liars the one girl was under eighteen while the teacher was older.
