Did anyone see how the GA Rebel flag plate went from being on the defendant's truck at the scene ,then to,  weeks later, suddenly not being on the truck?

Yes, and the prosecution is not going to introduce the flag as evidence of "racism" or whatever.

Probably reading the jury correctly.

Just watching the closing arguments. Now again, the defense lawyer is going to say what they have to say and do what they can, as they should. But his argument that the defendant "could have" shot and killed Ahmad from the start  upon first contact, but did not. Not the point. The defendant and the two others, chased Ahmad for almost 5 minutes. Then the defense lawyer argued his client was scared for his life. How does that make sense? 3 against 1, no mention of "citizens arrest to Ahmad, and even the defendant admitted that. If the defendant was so scared, why did he, and the two others pursue for so long?

And the "criminal trespass" argument is also bullshit. Wells Fargo fleeced countless customers and investors, and got a mere fine, with iron clad evidence. But if a minority steals a candy bar, that gives vigilantes the right to murder them?

The defendants were not scared, they wanted to play hero. They only became fearful at the end because they realized they were in over their heads. No matter what anyone thinks of Ahmad, he did not deserve to die.

Defense lawyers having a side bar with the judge about protests outside the court claiming undue prejudice against their clients.

Part of the argument was that members of the Black Panthers, were carrying around long guns. Oh the fucking irony.

Maybe nobody should be open carrying, not white, not black, or anyone. What if someone were to confront these Black Panthers and one of them shot two white guys and claimed self defense? Does anyone seriously think a black guy with an assault riffle is going to get the same treatment that Kyle did in court?

I think the fact they called him the N-word after killing him is more compelling evidence of racism

Well, there is speculation, because of their fame, and that former cops were involved in his murder, these guys will be in isolation, not general population.

But if they were left in general population, they would have to worry about being the turkey's stuffed.

In all seriousness, all three defendants have been convicted. Travis on every count, Gregory on everything but malice murder, and Roddie on everything but malice murder and one count each of aggravated assault and felony murder.

That said, Can anyone explain why everyone was charged with four counts of felony murder each for killing one guy? Are they serial killers and nobody mentioned it?
