Good fucking grief!
Why is it so difficult to follow a simple rule? Dude, wait 30 days and then you can post images, links and videos to your heart's content! Boru doesn't control the admin staff here (except maybe Camus, but that's more of a leash than a string). We work as a team. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???" 
Speaking as someone who has gotten kicked off several Christian boards for expressing non-religious views, I can testify that this board is very tolerant of others' views and opinions. I even had one of my (completely nonoffensive) posts deleted on a United Methodist site!
