And while we' re at it ---
Why is it - that these monsters shoot up SCHOOLS? They seem attracted to schools like tornados to trailer parks... Why ? 
Often because they’re young and go to that school themselves. And in cases where they don’t actually go to that particular school, it’s a place where you have dozens of potential victims who are too young to fight back and guaranteed to be in one location at a particular time. And the fact that there’s already a lot of notorious cases of school shootings seems to make it look like an easy chance at notoriety.

Look for running themes in those cases and try to address them?
