RE: Who is the murderer?
Valk is.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I suppose if you believe in a God that gives eternal life (i.e. continuing even after this mortal coil), then you can't blame him for being a murderer.

If you don't believe in that, and you think that your parents making you is ultimately a condemnation to death, then they are responsible for your death.

On the whole, though, I feel fortunate to have had the time I did. I'm glad my parents gave that to me, and don't consider it murder that it can't last forever. (I understand that I've been luckier than most, though.)

No, it's Jeffrey Combs. He's almost always the villain.

The standard explanation, although, Pelagius denied such. As with Jesus coming to North America to preach to the Native Americans, such a belief is in the same category as claiming that the South won the American Civil War.
