Being a personal trainer is likely a better career option. When people start a martial arts school, they usually have some sort of claim to fame that they can use for advertising (student of a famous practitioner, winner of tournaments, high-level black belt). It is also a hard business, with certain types of martial arts being in popular culture. Judo is old and non-sexy, but can be a good sport for kids.
I've got various belts in a number of martial arts (judo, karate, hapkido), and the schools were usually struggling. For judo, the teacher rented space in the schools (and they had room under the stage for mats).
My son has a personal trainer, and judging by the amount we pay, it is a good racket.

First of all, when I say that the truest value of women lies in their physical beauty, I was not asserting that they aren't smart or can't be smart. That they aren't educated or can't be educated. All I was saying is that, for the same reason that men must be capable, women must be hot, or else they'll be relegated as just another bitter feminist.
So really, I do value your opinion on the issue of me pursuing a career in martial arts.
