Nice! I'm in Stage 3 kidney failure and like the idea of a compatible kidney if the time comes. It may be years, so I'm not too worried at present.

I know many seventh day adventists would refuse, or at least would claim they would right up until they need a transplant. At that point they'll pray over it, and get exactly the answer they want.

Wouldn't let me read the article. Are they using genetically engineered/modified pigs? And interspecies chimeras is interesting but is probably a dead end.
