The underlying purpose of his subsects belief that the best government is no government at all, is that, in the engineered absence of government, a christian government might seem preferable to anarchy. A Tennessee Democrat introduced a resolution in the House to censure Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito after reports showed an upside-down flag was flown outside his residence shortly following the Jan. 6, 2021, riot on the Capitol.

Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.), a member of the Judiciary Committee, introduced the censure resolution Tuesday, “for knowingly violating the federal recusal statute and binding ethics standards and calling the impartiality of the Supreme Court of the United States into question.”

I'd rather see them draw up articles of impeachment.

I'd rather we just burn the supreme court to the ground. We should have done it after Dobbs. Set the place ablaze, let them really feel the heat. Can do it at night when nobody's inside, but burn the fucking sucker to the ground. Impeachment will never happen in a million years.

Time for an impeachment hearing. May or may not work but might create a change non the less. The two that I'm thinking of would probably resign before it got to hearings.

The problem with trying to do things legally when the law has been captured is that whatever you do to rectify that situation will be deemed illegal. It's as puerile as telling people in gerrymandered districts to "beat them with votes".

I don't know what it's going to take for americans..not us here... we're a bunch of cynics, but americans in general...to realize that they cant do anything constitutionally. Only the ruling party can do that. Their votes do not count. Only the ruling party's votes count.
