It can just be the viewing of videos on the app.
Also, it does seem to be only social media platform maintaining a high rating while others have plummeted.
I have personally not gotten into it, although everyone around me is constantly on it.

I watch some reels on FB but haven't ventured to TikTok or Reddit. Seems I have enough Internet to keep me busy now. - No Instagram either.
