Sammich of some sort. Or maybe a homemade pizza, no sauce, easy toppings, plenty of cheese, parbaked crust to finish in the oven. 15 minutes tops, and tasty and good for you.

My preferred self-made lunch:

Grilled Cheese sandwich:
* Grease the pan with melted butter
* Layers: Bread, Cheddar, deli-sliced chicken, American cheese, bacon, Cheddar, Bread.
* Cook bacon with parmesean cheese sprinkled all over it in microwave for 75 seconds.

Apple on the side, milk to drink.
