Just dropping by to make an introduction. I've lurked the forum a few times just to read some of the science stuff, but I finally decided to register.
I was raised Church of Christ, scared to death of going to hell, decided to start studying the Bible front to back and some external sources in order to convert others. Ended up converting myself to Atheism. I was about 16 or so, am 24 now. I like to write and have been doing some notes from different denominations and churches to try to point a pattern in their inability to define any sort of god across even short distances (like the street).
Other things I do are read, sit here and zone out at the computer, sign up to forums and then zone out, and I like serious conversations with people who have a sense of humor. I'm convinced the rest of the world is slowly losing it's ability to laugh at itself.
Other than that, I'm just here to talk to people and socialize a little bit.
