I mean like perhaps those self-hating men types who "wish they weren't a man" but they're "just going to have to live with it".

They are happy being a man BUT they hate men....so they might or might NOT feel bad about being one lol. And they prefer women to me and think the world would be a better place if there were no men to 'cause all the war', etc, etc, blah, blah, blah.

May be gender confused...may not lol. May be happy being a man but think it was better if everyone ELSE were women lol. For he would not treat women as badly as the 'typical man'.

Oh I dunno lol. But anyway however gender-confused they are or aren't...if they're male they're male...and I think men can be feminists...just less common I think.

I think there are probably also male-feminist types who act 'overly supportive' (for a lack of a better term) of women...perhaps in order to get into their....y'know lol

I know what you mean. Some will just seem supportive of women to woo them.

But where are those men who sincerely think women need more rights? They've done themselves a bit of a disservice I think. Before, women didn't have to work. Now they do. I'd rather no have to work. Then we could just sit on the internet multi-tasking all day, right? Oh where are the women on this forum!?
