Just marinate long strips of chicken breast in garlic, ginger, peppercorns, lime zest and lime juice (lots of lime juice) and oil over night, take it out of the marinate and fry it with shallots, more garlic, capsicum, corn, beans and peas, then add the marinade and heat it through and add some honey or brown sugar so it turns into a sticky sauce. I serve it on a salad but rice works too.
