Gosh ...I fell in-love with a Les Paul so long ago!! Just the sound it made...and of course the talent of the player to make it sing...
Sorry but Jeff Beck is up there with the best for me ..one of the first I ever knew.

meh...Jeff Beck is good but something in his music doesn't quite connect with me... I need there to be some kind of bond with the music before I can really enjoy it, and I can't find that in his music.
Now, Buddy Guy... He is the lord of guitar players.

I hear you about the 'music connecting' and for me, as I said, Jeff Back was among the first to 'connect' for me with a Les Paul.
find that Tommy Emanuel has some work that 'connects ' for me how about you?? (Not that I am well versed in guitar players or playing for that matter)

Yup agreed.
I guess I AM weird..there are some artists that just don't cut it for me and then there are others that do but not ALL of their works...meh

Which ines are those?? I use the Spell checkk on the google bar. Yeah I know..still using IE
