This is about the band Disturbed. I love their music...
but I honestly can't tell if they're some kind of hard Christian rock band or a Satanist cult band.

I don't think they can decide either.

Assuming Wikipedia is often edited by morons who care if a band is religious or not: they've failed to accomplish such this time.

I think Disturbed is just light metal... why must they be either Satanists or Christians? 0.o

This makes me laugh at all the people online trying sooo hard to convince themselves that they're "Christian", just so they don't "go to hell" for listening.

I only ask on a one-or-the-other premise because those are the two most popular opinions online. It very nearly made me chuckle (a rare feat) when Google autocomplete came up with "Is Disturbed Christian?" and "Is Disturbed Satanist?" as the top two suggestions.

Disturbed is an awesome band. I go through periods where one or more of their CD's ends up on repeat in my car wherever I go.

Most bands would rather let you decide what they are so you can take from their music what YOU need to. Just don't try to label them.
