agreed. I see a troubled future for this one.

This is logic. Muslims are the maker of logic.

Logic is to discover facts by facts purely by mind.
No, the Greeks are the makers of logic (esp. Aristotle). They may have preserved it from the Christians who decided to memory-hole Greek and Roman thought because it conflicted with or predated their own ideas, but they did not create it. The Louvre may have preserved the Mona Lisa, but they didn't paint it.

Well, then maybe "creation" isn't the most accurate term.

Quote:Is science the universe and its components as you said heavens, earth, plants, animals, humans... or the rules that control them and thier lives?
Nature is the rules and the things that follow these rules, the word nature is made not a maker. Did you hear of accurate and integrated beings made themselves? Did you hear of rules set by themselves?.
You got it backwards! Nature is the universe and components, and Science is its study. Natural Laws are the rules that control nature. If you actually looked at the part of my quote you posted you would have gotten it.

How can YOU believe that shit?

See what I did there? THAT'S called 'logic'. That is to say, its misuse. I used the same logical fallacy as you."argument from incredulity/argument from lack of imagination."

To be clear: A person using that reasoning is actually saying "I'm too ignorant, too lacking in imagination or too stupid to think of anything else and too arrogant or fearful to say"I don't know", therefore God did it"

Go away

PS You have no right of expectation here. Our forum, our rules. Respect is earned. You have earned only ridicule.

Go away.

Awareness that you're not some masterpiece, handcrafted by some being for some special purpose is very freeing. Who are you, anyway? Humans are just animals who happen to reside on a speck in the vastness of the universe. We are intelligent freaks of nature. Do you think elephants, birds, or rattlesnakes sit around pondering who created them? We can't know for sure, but I'd guess not. "The Creator" is just a product of human minds.

Some people don't need to be a creation. Some people are just humbled by the improbability that we even exist.

Philosophy is which plays with opinions, logic no.

May that is why I have heard that logic in West and Europe is poor.

Muslims are the only makers of logic......

So they've created the LHC, built a space program, probed the deepest reaches of the universe with the likes of Hubble etc.

No, sorry, my bad. The West did all that.

Muslim logic consists of bowing to a fairy tale and beheading anyone who disagrees with them.

Because it is scientifically and logically impossible for a god to exist!

Why do people like this always get confused between rhetoric, hyperbole and total cobblers, and then insist on calling it "logic"?

Dopey Forever - somewhere there is a straitjacket with your name on it. And I say that with all the respect you yourself have presented here.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Happy Forever, you claim that there is evidence of this creator. Where is it? What is it? You've quite gotten the cart before the horse by asking us to accept something that you have offered no evidence for.

Let's not get carried away with hyperbole old thing. You have just made two positive claims and attracted the burden of proof. IE you have given your self the obligation to prove your claims. Lots of luck;I'm pretty sure both claims are untrue:

Science does not deal in certainties, and as far as I know has not yet managed to falsify the existence of gods.

Logical does not mean true in principle.

ANY proposition is logically possible.

All arguments in formal logic begin with "IF A ---". For the sake of argument the premise is presumed to be true. Hence a logical inference (conclusion) may be valid but untrue. Perhaps the most common example in daily life is the syllogism.

An agnostic atheist, I make no clams, asserting only "I do not believe in gods due to lack of credible evidence". I need prove or disprove nothing. That honour belongs to those making the claims, pro or contra.

Quote:A syllogism (Greek: συλλογισμός – syllogismos – "conclusion," "inference") or logical appeal is a kind of logical argument in which one proposition (the conclusion) is inferred from two others (the premises) of a certain form, i.e. categorical proposition.

Quote:Basic structure

A categorical syllogism consists of three parts: the major premise, the minor premise and the conclusion.

Each part is a categorical proposition, and each categorical proposition contains two categorical terms.[2] In Aristotle, each of the premises is in the form "All A are B," "Some A are B", "No A are B" or "Some A are not B", where "A" is one term and "B" is another. "All A are B," and "No A are B" are termed universal propositions; "Some A are B" and "Some A are not B" are termed particular propositions. More modern logicians allow some variation. Each of the premises has one term in common with the conclusion: in a major premise, this is the major term (i.e., the predicate of the conclusion); in a minor premise, it is the minor term (the subject) of the conclusion. For example:

Major premise: All men are mortal.
Minor premise: All Greeks are men.
Conclusion: All Greeks are mortal.

Each of the three distinct terms represents a category. In the above example, "men," "mortal," and "Greeks." "Mortal" is the major term; "Greeks", the minor term. The premises also have one term in common with each other, which is known as the middle term; in this example, "man." Both of the premises are universal, as is the conclusion.

Major premise: All mortals die.
Minor premise: Some men are mortals.
Conclusion: Some men die.

Here, the major term is "die", the minor term is "men," and the middle term is "mortals". The major premise is universal; the minor premise and the conclusion are particular.

A sorites is a form of argument in which a series of incomplete syllogisms is so arranged that the predicate of each premise forms the subject of the next until the subject of the first is joined with the predicate of the last in the conclusion. For example, if one argues that a given number of grains of sand does not make a heap and that an additional grain does not either, then to conclude that no additional amount of sand will make a heap is to construct a sorites argument.
