Pomosexual vs Pansexual

I may be a bit slow but is there a way to differentiate between the two or are they synonymous?

I consider myself pomosexual, I like who I like, and that's all there is to it and I believe that most people are potentially capable of the same regardless of gender.

So, is there a vast difference?

That is pretty much the way I see myself... And because of that I don't really like labelling it

Yeah, I don't like labels either but people expect me to say I'm something and they can't seem to understand what I mean when I say "I like who I like" even though it's fucking obvious what I mean.
