I wouldn't say nothing, it's certainly a factor, but of course not the only one.
"The capacity to grasp concepts", the "capacity to learn", that's what I'm saying! Having the capacity is meaningless if that capacity is not put to good use*. Simply having the capacity doesn't make a person worthy of admiration.*
*Provided they had choice.
