Linus Torvalds fan?

Hi there, welcome to AF! ^_^
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Not of the man himself. I use Linux Mint as my main desktop. I used to use Ubuntu until they went to that stupid Unity interface, hated it and stopped using Linux for a while.

I found out that Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu but with the Gnome interface.

Anyone that has a Android phone is using Linux even if they don't know it. I love my Android phone, Google has become my central repository of my mail, my calendar, my contacts and my social media.

The phone and / or my PC are just devices to access it all.

Hello tuxcomputers from twocompulsive
let us hope we do not accidently end up using
each other s username which is possible as they are
quite similar man although I look nothing like a penguin
Hope you stick around here. Probably the second best rational
site on the net so you made a good choice. Some heavy hitters here
who seem to possess oceans of knowledge and all quite young as well too

Both my 15yo son and his mate signed up to the forums after I got them to read my reply to the Fossils are just rocks thread.

That should bring the average age down a little more.

Dunno, they said they were going to but I had to leave to help a friend that has cervical cancer move house to her brothers while she can't work.
