Doesn't there god approve of their decision to be celibate and thereby he would of course see fit to bless them by protecting them from such diseases?!?!?

Not surprised evolution would spit ill health at those who have any predilection towards actively pursuing the darwin award by choosing to be celibate for god.

I would not say nuns have celibate lives (a lot of them I bet are lesbians), more than they are far less likely to get pregnant than other women which suppresses menstruation.
