Erm, but "Bah! Humbug!" is exactly the same as "Bah!", said scrooge, "Humbug!". The only difference is in the formatting, not the actual words or how it is said.

Ah, but "Bah humbug" will have a smaller pause than "Bah! Humbug!" or even the erroneous "Bah, Humbug!", so "Bah humbug!" is different compared to the above permutations.
