I don't know what meds you currently take or where you're at in your treatment plan, but certain anti-depressants can interact with/impact the effectiveness of cancer drugs, while others can provide additional benefits in relieving some of the effects of cancer treatment. Just make sure that ALL of your doctors and pharmacist are in the know and on the exact same page should you and your prescriber decide to go that route. Anyhow, things will start looking up for you soon....I'm sure of it. Then I will begin addressing you as Blueless Clueless.
