Illegal Immigrants

It's just something funny.  

People say "What if the Native Americans didn't let the white man in?"  

The question relies on people being self-centered, so they think "That'd be bad!" because they look at it from the white man's perspective. But if you look at it from the perspective of Native Americans (which is what would be applicable if it were a serious point), it would have been WAY better for the Naive Americans to just kill off the white people when they showed up.  

Just an amusing thing about how self-centered people are.  They identify with their race, not their position in the relationship dynamic.

It's not funny. Not by any means. The NAI were a gracious community of people, extending an olive branch (so to speak) and welcoming in people from a foreign land. What we did to them was utterly disgraceful. And now, thanks to the current administration, we have essentially slapped those wanting to come here, in the face with a double standard. What's good for the white man isn't good enough for the brown man. 

We killed the gracious people and stole their land!!!!   The moral of that tale is don't be gracious to immigrants, or they'll kill you.   That's the joke.  That if the NAI had a do-over, they should have killed all the invaders.  It's the exact opposite conclusion from what people who bring it up are getting at.
