The distinction is often blurred. AND human beings have the quaint habit of redefining 'murder' to suite circumstances. No, I'm pretty sure Murder and Warfare are still two different things, regardless of moral implications. There's a meaningful difference when having a conversation. You can argue warfare is murder, and that's an interesting debate on it's own, but if Joe Smith down the street kills his wife, that's not warfare.
