Look at what was accomplished by God taking the approach that He did with the 12. Now look at what the 'broader approach' did for Israel. The path of Christianity eventually lead to 'freedom' FROM Religion. The Broader approach empowered a hand full of croupt men to subjugate an entire race of people.
So again, do with the gentiles what he did with the jews? Do you not understand God was not happy with how the jews governed themselves? That He did not want them to worship the method of worship? Rather be from from the legalism and methodology? So why would He do the exact same thing with Christianity if it did not work with Judaism?
Again it completly depended on God's end goal. Your way=Slavery to the religion and religious leaders, God's way=Eventually lead to freedom from religion and a direct relationship with God.
What are you talking about?
My way has no religion whatsoever...
My way has an ultimate leader, god itself, no human proxies, no people in the way.... nothing in which to believe or disbelieve. It would be fact!
What "god supposedly did for the jews was.... one human proxy every once in a while. And look where they are now?
What it did with the muslims was just the last of single human proxies... one man... one new religion to ruin the world. Just look at the power one con artist can yield... multiply that by the various previous similar con artists...
For christians, 12 human proxies at one particular time... spread out and killed, but their stories lived on... partial or mangled, the stories were eventually written down.
Still, Only humans!
Still, Only religions!
Still, Only stories!
My way would put a god with the reins.
Your way relies on human gullibility.... relies on geographical birthplace... relies on faulty humans.
