You can stop them if you want which you should. But you can't go to the point of calling it 'wrong'
You can also punish somebody for doing it which would be out of character for a relativist atheist and more in character with a Muslim whose religion forbids it and says it wrong. You can never seem it wrong or right though just as you can't deem a doctor saving somebody's life as right or good because it's relative.
