So, essentially your claim is that no atheist can give you an answer other than "because," with regards to this question, but when I just did give you an answer, your only response was to completely ignore it and mistake "lol" as an actual rebuttal. How much more dishonest can you get?

Survival of the fittest works in modern society that has morals as well.
a society that doesn't rape works better than a society that does.
Think about it.
Gorilla sexual selection is based on the biggest gorilla best at fighting gets to pass on his genetics to the next generation based on fighting off other gorillas and forcing himself on women.
Human sexual selection is based on social skills intelligence and so on.
Who is the most powerful?
I'm an atheist and I can see for practical reasons rape is bad for society and it's good for me to live in a civilization that has outlawed rape.
I don't need a quran or bible or torah to tell me these things.
Now I've given you clear evidence at least one atheist (me) can show you for practical reasons why they think rape is bad.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. Women are physically weaker than men. A man can rape multiple women and have multiple children
The individual who said it's not as beneficial to humanity than is living with morals is correct. But even from the theist evolutionary perspective we are all competing with each other as well as to help each other.
Possible atheist perspective as everything is relative, not only perspective though
We care about ourselves not for the well being of others and want to reproduce, the well being of "society( formed by theists) " is not important as me first. Me me me.
The fact that such ideas of relativity even exist makes atheist illogical. What's more illogical is the atheists saying it's "wrong" because they're contradicting their entire foundation of being.

You're just starting to babble now, what do you mean? I just showed you why I think rape is wrong, you said you agree with me that rape is wrong. So why are you saying it is illogical for me to not like the idea of legalizing rape, I've just shown you the logic behind why rape is not allowed in society.

It's quite simple. Just because I think there are no objective morals that does not make me bound to let rapists rape. I can stop them if I want. Why? Because I want to.
