I don't treat disrespect with love. I treat it as it should be treated, with disdain. Respect is earned not given. I do not picket funerals. I think the people who do are retarded and I have every right to mock them for it. Mockery and criticism of certain actions are important and constructive in many instances. It can highlight things that are wrong with society, encourage people to speak up and speak freely. Hate begets hate? Violence begets violence? You a Jedi or something? Do you actually believe this churned out bullshit? Might as well start quoting Ghandi.
FYI there is a difference between mockery and hate. Criticism != hate.
You treat disrespect with disrespect. You return hate for hate and evil for evil. It is your very train of thought that people use as justification for doing the very things you condemn.
But this is not surprising. It is easy to live the way you do. Hating and mocking people. Its easy to do that.
It takes virtue, humility, love, patience, and self denial to esteem others more highly than yourself.
You may not picket funerals but your words written here in this forum are spoken without respect, without humility and without love. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. You are no different than those you condemn.
