You're right. There really is no distinction between the two. It's funny (not haha funny) that when you look back on history, foreigners were stealing African people for a very long time. After that, they shuffled rule of the continent's countries like trading cards whenever there was a peace treaty. This happened as late as WWII. "Well, I don't know.
