Does he have 30% of the vote on wether the woman can have the baby or not. Obviously we are also talking about a father not just MAKING the woman have a baby she doesnt want, but could actually make her abort a baby she DOES want to have.
does the father get 50% of the vote? Will they have to flip a coin if they are in disagreement, or will the judge just automatically be anti-abortion on any decision that is split 50/50.
explain how exactly the father can even GET his says so evenly with the woman. If the woman says "no", and the father says "yes", then do we just take the mans decision, since his voice should be heard?
