I'm very sorry to hear that Rasetsu. That must be extremely hard.

I'm not qualified to give advice but I'll try my best anyway.

I would suggest trying as hard as possible to focus on reality, and by that I mean the reality you know is shared by us all. I think trying to follow religious mythology while struggling in this way is a really bad idea. It sounds to me like that will only serve to validate and cement parts of your experience which you know/suspect aren't part of reality.

I'd say do everything you can to reassure yourself that your delusions are not real. I don't mean trying to just ignore them, that's not realistic, but "hold them to trial".
