How to shut up people who are against abortion

No I'm not. I thought I'd been clear that I don't object to abortions for rape victims. When I ask why the father doesn't have a say, I mean in the sense that him and the women had consensual sex, knowing pregnancy was a possibility. It's as much his child as it is hers, so why in those situations can't the father have a say?

Firstly, while it is living in a woman's body, using her oxygen and nutrients, it's solely her property because it is part of her body. Secondly, a man is not a "father" until a child is actually born. If the sperm donor wants it so badly he can take it and try to grow it up his fucking arse for all I care.
