If the mafia boss did create the shopowner and/or his shop, he would then possess the moral authority to injure, kill, or steal from the shopowner?
The boss can't do that, so it's of no consequence to this discussion, God is creator and He does have the right to judge all, the creation was made to reflect His righteousness. When Satan rebelled and then tempted Adam and Eve into his mistake the creation could no longer reflect God's righteousness.
If the boss had that power, would it be his right to do whatever he wanted? Does having power make everything you do just and righteous, all by itself? If I was all-powerful and I created you, would it be moral for me to skin you alive and then soak you in alcohol? Would it be righteous for me to give your kid muscular dystrophy? Would it be acceptable to know your kid had muscular dystrophy yet do nothing about it?
It is obvious you are avoiding the question because the implications are unavoidable. You can't even claim I'm trapping you, because you made the claim that absolute might makes absolute right.
