I find the intra-Christain disagreement on the subject far less interesting than that a seemingly great number of Christians think it's a story about 'god's beautiful promise' and that it's a story to tell small children.
I'd just as soon sit my kid down for a Saw film festival.
In either case the child learns nothing of value.
