It's that 'kind' is a synonym for 'species' that you must establish. A great many of your co-religionists disagree with you on that point.http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/species
If I were you, I would go with 'kind=family", as I suggested earlier. It gets you out of nearly all of the problems you're having by insisting that 'kind' and 'species' are synonyms.

Sigh. I'm sorry I wasn't clear enough to save you from wasting all of that bandwidth. I should have said that what you have to establish is that the authors of the Bible meant 'kind' as a synonym for the modern biological classification 'species'. Being a possible synonym in a dictionary doesn't mean that the authors of the Bible meant the modern biological classification of 'species' when they said 'kind'.
Many of your co-religionsts reach the somewhat more reasonable conclusion that the 'kind' of cats is not felis domesticus, but the cat family, from caracals to lions.
But if you want to insist, that's fine with me. Since 'kind'='species' and species can provably give rise to new species on a human timescale, the Bible contention that kinds/species 'bring forth after their kind' is completely refuted.
Thanks for playing.
