Well by wrong I would assume you mean morally wrong.
Well why is incest morally wrong?. If two consenting adults want to engage in sexual intercourse who are related what morality are they violating?
Same Hariss says that we can get our morals from science, and maybe he is right. Maybe the only reason people say that incest is morally wrong is because of the birth defects that come from incest copulation.
Imo why we don't like homosexuality is because if there where too many homosexuals the human species would be in danger of not being able to carry on our genes....this Is why I think human beings are not open to homosexuality....because its ingrained in us to be against it.
I however have nothing morally against homosexuality, but maybe during ancestral times homosexuality was a real danger.

However human species are enough numbers that homosexuality and incest copulation poises no real danger anymore.
