You have to still use your head and not just think with your genitals.
I lust after huge numbers of women. I enjoy the feeling. It never leads me to "do" anything, because I'm married.
So sure, just like all our urges, we need to be on the lookout for when it may end up harming us. But trying to deny or suppress our natural thoughts can also be very harmful.
Theists think only a belief in god can suppress those urges. It's a wonder they can wipe their own asses without god lending a hand.
