That's how I cook, I make it up as I go. I'm bad at following intructions and reading manuals...what can I say I'm a rebel!

I like cooking, never follow a recipie of any kind, when I do the groceries I tend to buy whatever I haven't used before and then seeing what I can do with it all when I get home. Most of the time it works pretty well, I made this killer chicken maranade/sauce last night with about 14 ingredients, i think it was;
Salt
Whole peppercorns
Brown Sugar
Golden Syrrup
Soy Sauce
Garlic
Ginger
ground corriander
Tumeric
paprika
cumin
fish sauce
chillies
lemon
onion pure
Then just bake it in the sauce after it marinates, until the sauce looks oily and the chicken is cooked through.
