By all means, don't be too modest. Tiger

I was never accused of being modest! Cooking skills? My father side is Italian and I got the whole 'the only way to show love is thru food" from my grandma, and booty shaking? haven't I mentioned I'm Brazilian?

For the friends that also like cooking we could totally exchange recipes!

That would be Summer and I. As for recipes, I'm not much on recipes, but I can give you instructions on how to cook stuff that say something like, add this until it has this texture and put as much of this in as you like. Taste it as you go. The only time I use exact measurements is for something that you can easily fuck up, like dough or glaze.

I'm big on recipes because I bake a lot. Regular food...I'm a Rachael Ray mantra. Just eyeball it.

Speaking of, the suggestion just came off Skeptalk to try mixing dark chocolate and cilantro. Ain't happening tonight, as I think I'll be taking Imitrex when I get home, but something to ponder.

That's how I cook, I make it up as I go. I'm bad at following intructions and reading manuals...what can I say I'm a rebel!
I like mixing drinks too (and drinking) so let's start our Atheist cooking club!

I do love snails! I am an adventurous eater and one of my favorite shows is Bizzare Foods with Andrew Zimmerman.. I can't wait to go to Equador and try some cuy!
My favorite food ever is oysters, I'm crazy for oysters! If I wasn't a natural born Atheist it would be enough reason to become one, I can't respect a God that won't let me eat shellfish...

Not a bad idea Tongue

I like cooking, never follow a recipie of any kind, when I do the groceries I tend to buy whatever I haven't used before and then seeing what I can do with it all when I get home. Most of the time it works pretty well, I made this killer chicken maranade/sauce last night with about 14 ingredients, i think it was;

Salt
Whole peppercorns
Brown Sugar
Golden Syrrup
Soy Sauce
Garlic
Ginger
ground corriander
Tumeric
paprika
cumin
fish sauce
chillies
lemon
onion pure

Then just bake it in the sauce after it marinates, until the sauce looks oily and the chicken is cooked through.
