It is different if you are being libelous, since someone is making up stuff about *you*, but blasphemy cannot possibly have any other victim apart from God, since it only ever references God or "sacred things". This, being an atheist forum, points out that "God" does not exist, and that therefore blasphemy is a victimless crime.
