The book I recommended is very thin, available at any good library and will explain far better than I could,if I could be bothered.

I didn't see Paul's comment. I also never said you insulted him. The fact that there are atheists here who don't give two shits about the pope is no reason to be uncivilised with people who have different opinions to you.
Edit: King Charles is a friend of mine; he's trying to have discussions about religion, much as himself and I have offline. I'd appreciate it if you didn't all just treat him like some Catholic troll; he's an intelligent guy.

The problem is you implying that atheists shouldn't be civil to him, or that he shouldn't expect atheists to be civil to him. I find that attitude abhorrent.
