Is it? Einstein didn't think so, he thought Quantum Mechanics was "silly", and that the more it had success the "sillier" it made it look. This is one of his arguments: "I like to think the moon is there even if I am not looking at it." ROFL!

Eugenics: a science that deals with the improvement (as by control of human mating) of hereditary qualities of a race or breed

As in the study of hereditary qualities and their improvement, not that it is a "fact". Please look up "scientific theory" and "fact" as well.
